Image
When using word, it is setup to automatically capitalize the first word in every sentence. This is a very beneficial tool; however, this can be a problem when it comes to your reference initials. At the end of your writing when you need to add your reference initials its will auto correct the first letter to a capital. To fix this you go to File-Click on Options-Select Proofing-AutoCorrect Options-Put your initials and then put add. After you click ok it will no longer auto capitalize your initials!
