Why use reference initials and where and how should they be typed?

 Reference initials are the initials of the person who wrote the document. These are put at the bottom of the document and inserted in lower case form. Here below is an example of how to use reference initials in a document.

I used the initials of the person who wrote the document (Carrie Garrison).
