 Mail Merges are a great way to import data in a format that look very professional. Step 1. Click the mailings tab, and then click on start mail merge. Step 2. click step by step mail merge wizard. Step 3. Select a starting document. Step 4. Select which type of list you will be using. You can create on or use an existing one. Step 5. Make sure you're address block and greeting lines are correct. Step 6 The click next and then okay and you list will be mail merged.

How to insert a textbox and when to use it.

Here is an example of a template being used in Word. To delete any content from a template all you have to do is select the words and hit the back or delete button. The Easy Way to Change Between Uppercase, Lowercase, and Title Case.

 Hi, today I am going to show you the  easy way to change between uppercase, lowercase, and title  case. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF UPPERCASE LETTERS. this is an example of lowercase letters. This Is an Example of Title Case Letters. Step 1. highlight the portion you want to change. Step 2 then press Shift + F3. (This will cycle the highlighted text from uppercase, lowercase, and title case. UPPERCASE Now highlight it and press SHIFT + F3 and it will change to lowercase. Now highlight it again and press SHIFT + F3 and it will change to title case.

Why use reference initials and where and how should they be typed?

 Reference initials are the initials of the person who wrote the document. These are put at the bottom of the document and inserted in lower case form. Here below is an example of how to use reference initials in a document. I used the initials of the person who wrote the document (Carrie Garrison).

 Explain the difference between a tab and a first line indent. The tab button on your computer is automatically set to go over .25 when you hit it. A first line indent is a tab set to indent every paragraph in the same spot on the paper.

Explaining IDD codes and country codes

  IDD Codes are codes used for calling people from different countries. IDD stands for International Direct Dialing. Country Codes are codes given to each country to connect to that place when calling.  I am going to be calling Japan. 1. You type in the USA exit code 001 and the Country Code 49. 2.Type the Japan area code which is 81. 3. Then dial the phone number. That is how you make a call to Japan.
